富鍺整理劑HOLPOSON® GE是本公司采用微膠囊技術(shù)制成的功能型整理劑，后整理高溫定型能使富鍺整理劑HOLPOSON® GE牢固的結(jié)合在紡織品上，使其具有持久的釋放功能。

產(chǎn)品性能：
1，HOLPOSON® GE使纖維接枝上鍺離子基團(tuán)，富有鍺離子的基團(tuán)在動(dòng)態(tài)摩擦過程可以釋放鍺離子。
2，配伍性好，可與抗菌，涼感等功能同浴加工
使用方法：
1. 浸漬工藝： 
HOLPOSON® GE      1 ～ 4 ％（對(duì)織物重）
時(shí) 間             15 ～ 20min
烘干溫度          130℃


2.浸軋?zhí)幚恚?nbsp;
HOLPOSON® GE      15 ～ 60 g/L
軋液率            70％
浸軋 → 烘干(120℃×1～3 分鐘) → 定形(150-170℃×1～2 分鐘)

使用注意事項(xiàng)：
1.可加入適量柔軟劑調(diào)節(jié)手感
2. HOLPOSON®GE對(duì)色牢度影響小，但建議先進(jìn)行小樣確認(rèn)無誤后再生產(chǎn)。
保管上的注意事項(xiàng):
1.在搬運(yùn)本產(chǎn)品時(shí)，請(qǐng)穿戴合適的防護(hù)措施，不要將本產(chǎn)品直接接觸身體。
2.將本產(chǎn)品從容器中取出時(shí),請(qǐng)先攪拌均勻。

The germanium-rich finishing agent HOLPOSON® GE is a functional finishing agent made by our company using micro-capsule technology. The high-temperature setting of the post-finishing can make the germanium-rich finishing agent HOLPOSON® GE firmly bind to the textiles and make it have a long-lasting release.

Characteristics:
1. HOLPOSON® GE makes the fiber grafted with germanium ion groups. The germanium ion-rich groups can release germanium ions during the dynamic friction process.
2. Good compatibility, can be processed in the same bath with antibacterial, cooling sensation and other functions

Usage:
1.Impregnation method：

HOLPOSON® GE：        1 ～ 4% (weight to fabric)
Time：                    15 ～ 20min
Drying temperature：       130℃


2.Padding method:

HOLPOSON® GE：        15 ～ 60 g/L
Rolling rate：              70%
Padding → drying (120℃×1～3 minutes) → setting (150-170℃×1～2 minutes)

Attentions：
1. You can add an appropriate amount of softener to adjust the hand feel
2. HOLPOSON®GE has little effect on color fastness, but it is recommended to make a sample to confirm the correctness before production.
